When disaster shuts everything down, we provide rescue and relief.

When disaster shuts everything down, we provide rescue and relief.

In the wake of hurricanes, earthquakes, and other crises, local emergency services can completely shut down 911 services, leaving families stranded and in danger.

Rapid Response. Life-Saving Rescue. Lasting Relief.

With specialized aircraft, search and rescue teams, with satellite communications, we reach disaster zones quickly. We provide emergency medical care, restore communication, and support communities as they rebuild.

Our Story

MEDIC CORPS

Our Story: Responding When It Matters Most.

MEDIC CORPS began in 2013 as a disaster response team providing medical support after Typhoon Yolanda devastated the Philippines. That experience opened our eyes to the urgent need for emergency medical care and reliable response systems during major disasters.

By 2017, our team of cross-trained pilots expanded our efforts, deploying aircraft and trained responders to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. These missions proved that aviation is one of our most valuable tools for search, rescue, and medical transport.

In 2018, we partnered with BRTTH (Bicol Regional Training & Teaching Hospital) and regional governments in the Philippines to develop the country’s first advanced 911 system and emergency trauma center, modeled after the U.S. This pilot program is designed to be replicated in developing countries worldwide, improving disaster response where it’s needed most.

Since then, MEDIC CORPS has responded to a cascade of global crises, including the conflict in Ukraine, the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria that claimed over 55,000 lives, the water crises following Hurricane Helene in North Carolina, the catastrophic flooding in Valencia, Spain, the wildfires in Los Angeles, and the recent earthquake in Southeast Asia. In each case, we’ve worked tirelessly to restore communications for emergency services and bolster the infrastructure communities need to recover and rebuild.
